The are very knowledgeable - when we were in yard discussing options, a mosquito busters by Rick recognized it's breed - probably a planted mosquito from his pocket, but it was still pretty damned cool. The counseled us about options, not necessarily pushing the mister - we went with bi-weekly treatments which have gone well. They even came back between treatments when bugs were getting bad.
